Hire Career-Ready JCPS Graduates

Nearly 7,000 students will graduate from Jefferson County Public Schools this May, including many completing career pathways and industry certifications aligned with local workforce needs.

Many of these graduates are preparing to enter the workforce directly, and local employers are invited to connect with them at a series of direct-hiring events hosted between March and May.

Instead of traditional career fairs focused primarily on exploration, these events are designed to help employers meet career-ready graduates and begin hiring conversations for entry-level roles starting after graduation.

Connect with candidates interested in full-time, entry level roles after graduation.
