About the KCAC

The KentuckianaWorks College Access Center (KCAC) is a one-stop center that helps people overcome barriers and go to college.  We provide financial aid, educational, and career counseling services to adults and youth in the Louisville area.

The KCAC can help you:

  • Complete and file your financial aid (FAFSA) forms

  • Complete applications for admissions

  • Search for scholarships

  • Select the right school for you

  • Get career counseling and assessments

  • Learn about the fastest growing occupations

The KentuckianaWorks College Access Center (KCAC) provides counseling and information on college admissions to adults who want to start or continue their post-secondary education.

The KCAC also operates an Educational Talent Search (ETS) program in seven Jefferson County high schools – Seneca, Doss, Valley, Iroquois, Western, Fairdale, and Liberty – promoting college and career readiness for students in grades 9-12.

At least two-thirds of participants in our programs are low income and first generation college students.
