Kentuckiana Builds celebrates latest class of training graduates

On Friday, the Louisville Urban League hosted a graduation celebration for the latest class of nineteen Kentuckiana Builds program participants at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood.

Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman joined the program’s employer and trade union partners to offer words of support to the graduates as they begin the next phase of their career paths. Thirteen of the nineteen October graduates already had accepted construction job offers as of Friday’s ceremony.
