On February 25, 2020 over 1,000 employers, policy-makers, community leaders, tech enthusiasts, and curious citizens gathered at Tomorrow’s Talent, the region’s fifth annual workforce and education summit, to focus on how artificial intelligence (AI) will shape the Louisville region’s workforce and talent pipeline.

On December 14, many of Louisville’s top leaders in government, business, education, and workforce gathered at the Muhammad Ali Center to discuss how the region can maximize its potential and better compete with the likes of Austin, Nashville, and other tech-savvy cities on the rise.

Tomorrow's Talent speakers tackle issues of youth empowerment and inequality

On Friday, a diverse group of speakers from the Louisville region and beyond took the stage at the Muhammad Ali Center to comment on a variety of challenges facing our community, including racial and economic inequality, youth violence, and access to higher education. The event, Tomorrow's Talent, was the latest iteration of a yearly summit hosted by KentuckianaWorks, 55,000 Degrees, and Greater Louisville Inc.
