In December, KentuckianaWorks, along with partners Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, YouthBuild Louisville, the Coalition Supporting Young Adults (CSYA), and Metro United Way, convened a forum which encouraged young adult workers and employer representatives to speak candidly about the challenges and benefits facing young adult workers and employers in today's working world.

Drew Tucker, from KERTIS Creative, moderated the conversation. Mike Karman of KentuckianaWorks talks to Drew about what he learned.
